Process

Our team will start by sorting through the estate; organizing, repairing, cleaning and polishing the contents.  We take digital pictures and write detailed descriptions for selected online and onsite items.  Any personal objects such as letters or photographs are set aside for the family.

Next, Estate Sale Connection performs due diligence based on our past sale experience and network of experts.  Using this information, we strategically price and list items.  Once the sale is set up, we advertise it to our estate sale buyers through the THE CONNECTION, SALE PREVIEW and local paper.

Sales usually occur on non-holiday weekends and last 2-4 days depending on estate specific details.  During the sale, our team closely monitors each item; answering questions and tweaking prices.

After the estate sale is complete, we ship online purchases, clean up and dispose of any unsold inventory.  Our optional clean out service leaves the estate in pristine condition.

Finally, we provide clients with several reports detailing the sale.  A check is delivered within one week of the sale's close.  The entire process can last between 2-5 weeks depending on the size of the estate and the client's time constraints.
